As the author of Hebrews ends his letter, he gives us a few key pieces of advice:
- treat everyone like you would a good friend
- Think of others, especially those in dire circumstances. Does this mean just remember them? No! Make an effort to lighten their load. The people in prison spoken of here have been imprisoned for their faith. Remember those who are being persecuted & help them out!
- Stay pure in your marriage. This starts before you even meet your spouse! Stay pure!
- Put money in it's place & be content with what you have!
- Think of your leaders - pray for them & be of good assistance, be obedient & respectful
- Don't be persuaded into believing teachings that oppose the Bible.
- Always, always put God first! Praise Him, Thank Him, & talk to Him!
