The widow's son ~
I find it interesting that this woman didn't even ask for help. Jesus saw her & her need & He stepped out & did something about it.
Please note that this woman was a widow & her only son had died. This would leave her penniless with no means of support in this society. Notice the son is a young man - he would be the one providing the support for his mother.
What do I get from this? Jesus will always provide for our needs. It may not be in the way you were thinking, but His choices will be the best way possible.
